  1. ORDER & DELIVERY TERMS


How long will it take for my order to be delivered? 
L'Orient Blanc puts security at the forefront of its order processes and checks your payment/invoice information from the moment you place your order. Therefore, in order for your order to proceed to production and delivery, it is first necessary for the accuracy of your order's payment/invoice information to be approved by your bank and for the e-mail confirming the approval to be sent to us. If the order confirmation is received successfully, your products will be shipped within an average of 10 business days, depending on the model you choose (delivery information is provided in detail on the product detail pages). Your order will be delivered within 2-4 days after being shipped to Turkey, and 4-10 days after being shipped to countries outside Turkey, subject to the transportation time rules applied by the shipping companies for different points. L'Orient Blanc is not responsible for any delays that may occur at the customs of the recipient countries in shipments outside Turkey.

 

Weekend Orders 
All orders placed after 3:00 PM on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday. No product deliveries are made to shipping companies on weekends or public holidays. However, deliveries of products shipped during the week may also be made on these days by the shipping company.

 

Stock and Delivery 
All products sold on lorientblanc.com are made to order and customized. Production starts after the official payment confirmation of your order.

 

Deliveries are made only by our contracted shipping company. Due to the general procedures of shipping companies, deliveries are made until 4:00 PM on weekdays. No product deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

Address Info
To ensure that your order arrives to you as quickly as possible, please provide your address information as clearly as possible. You may also include directions to your address in this section. (For example, "Turn right after the post office, then go down the third street.")

You can pay for your orders by credit card or bank transfer.
 
Credit Card Payments
To ensure the security of your credit card transactions, your credit card information is encrypted using 128-bit SSL. You can verify that the SSL connection is active when you go to our page where you enter your card information during the checkout process. The lock icon will appear next to your browser's address bar.
 
Bank Transfers
If you wish, you can also pay for your order by bank transfer. After completing your order process by selecting the bank transfer option, simply send the amount specified to our account numbers below. To ensure that your order is approved and shipped as quickly as possible, please provide information using our bank transfer notification form after completing the bank transfer process. Incomplete transfers within 5 business days cause order cancellation.
