EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITIONS

Product return requests are made under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, within the following criteria.

After the product is delivered to you, you can send it to us for exchange or return within 14 working days.

The product to be returned must be sent with the invoice sent to you by e-mail. If you do not have the invoice, you can also send it with the shipping invoice sent to you. It will be sufficient to write your request about the product clearly on the invoice. In addition, you can also submit your return request by logging in to the "L'Orient Blanc" website and using the "My Messages" section on the "My Account" page.

Your payment for your return order will be made within 7 working days at the latest, starting from the date you send the return, if your return is approved. For products that are requested to be returned or exchanged, the following conditions must not apply, in accordance with the relevant law. Otherwise, your process may be delayed or your request may not be accepted.

  • Products to be returned must not contain perfume, lotion, or a deodorant that will leave heavy odors or marks.
  • Products that are produced as ''personalized production'' upon your request, with changes or additions made to them, cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Products that cannot be exchanged or returned due to provisions of the law and regulations cannot be exchanged or returned by our company either.
  • Your products must be returned in their original packaging, with all product labels, instruction manuals, and accessories included. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

If a return is requested for products purchased as part of a campaign, all products included in the campaign must be returned.

To return a product for exchange, you can call our contracted shipping company and request a courier with your invoice. You can get our contracted shipping information by contacting our customer service at [email protected] .

Returns sent to us are shipped to our company at our expense, provided that the return is made through our contracted shipping company. The shipping cost of returns made from other shipping companies is borne by the customer.

PRODUCT REVIEW PROCESSES

If you encounter a problem with a product you ordered that you believe is not due to consumer fault, you can send the product to the inspection department along with the invoice and product inspection request within 30 days.

Your product, which has reached the review department, undergoes the review process within a maximum of 30 days, and you will be informed accordingly. In case a production-related issue is identified during the review, a refund will be issued. If the issue is user-related, your product will be sent to your registered address via our contracted courier service
